Duration: DETERMINED BY AMOUNT OF CREDITS AND NOTIONAL HOURS
Skills Programmes are presented on the same principle as learnerships. The only difference is that the Employer, Learner and Techniskills are not obliged to sign a contract for the entire range of Unit Standards within a learnership but only for a pre selected amount of Unit Standards that apply to the company’s specific requirements. An average of 5-6 Unit Standards make up a Skills Programme.
